中国汽车工程学会正式发布《全固态电池判定方法》

全固态电池新标准的出台,标志着行业在技术界定、测试方法和产业化应用方面迈出了重要一步。

5月22日,中国汽车工程学会正式推出了《全固态电池判定方法》团体标准,首次明确全固态电池的定义,并解决了长期以来行业面临的界定模糊、测试方法缺失等问题。

近年来,全固态电池因其高安全性和高能量密度被视为动力电池的未来发展方向,但其发展受到缺乏统一标准的制约。不同厂商在定义和测试方法上存在差异,导致市场混乱,消费者难以辨别真伪产品,同时增加了研发成本和推广难度。

据悉,新标准中的“全固态电池”要求离子传递必须完全通过固体电解质实现,与混合固液电解质电池形成严格的技术分界。这一团标的核心研究点为基于失重率的液态物质含量试验方法,即通过真空加热测试失重率,当样品目视无液体且失重率低于1%时,判定为全固态电池。

此次标准的发布,为企业提供了统一的研发、认证和市场应用的标尺,有助于优化材料开发与工艺设计,降低推广成本,杜绝“伪全固态”产品的混淆,维护消费者和行业秩序。

该标准经过多轮验证试验,其误差率低,结果稳定,适用于当前主流的技术路线。这表明标准的制定充分考虑了技术的多样性和实用性,为全固态电池的技术升级和产业化应用奠定了基础。此外,标准的出台还为行业规范化发展提供了方向,有助于推动全固态电池技术的进一步突破和商业化进程。

全固态电池新标准的发布,不仅解决了行业长期以来的痛点,还为全固态电池的未来发展指明了方向,具有重要的战略意义和实际价值。
